Mini Grey has been selected as one of The Big Picture campaign's Best New Illustrators in 2008. Short listed for the Blue Peter Book Awards - Best Illustrated book to read aloud 2006.
A very original tale told from a real child’s eye perspective, through illustrations which give vivid personification to inanimate objects like a scrubbing brush and a piece of toast. The whole thing is very well controlled, and has a subtle sophistication which means you see more things each time you look at it.
With an action outfit for every occasion, Traction Man patrols the house. He is never less than stylishly turned out and expertly accessorised. He is the last word in heroic fashion flair - until, that is, the day that he is presented with an all-in-one knitted green romper suit.
